I have used XCDRoast for creating multi-session CDs. It works very well.
The latest version is 0.98alpha which can be downloaded from the
website. This is not the same version which ships with some
distributions, as the website will tell you. So it is best to download
it and compile it on your system. It also requires latest version of
cdrtools which can be downloaded from the same website.
