Hi,
This is the n'th time i'm asking the same question. I tried running
mplayer this time on FreeBSD on my Cyrix PR233 comp. And it is still
too slow. Can't my machine run mplayer at all. If that is the case
then that means that mplayer is not as good as the media players on
windows as any media player on windows is able to play movies on my
comnp. only mplayer is too slow !!My machine has a S3 Trio64V2/DX graphics card with
4MB Video RAM.
Please help. Even with freebsd with X 4.2 my comp. did'nt give any
output for xvinfo. Where can i get xv support for my card. I've
heard i might get better display using xv output driver. What is the lowest
configuration of a machine that mplayer runs on
the list ? Can we have a vote please ?
