Since the issue of news servers came up -- I was wondering if we could go
about to set up a NNTP server for a proposed india.*.* domain. Then, we
could get other servers to replicate postings, if they find it worth it.
Recently, I went through the process of getting the soc.culture.indian.goa
Usenet newsgroup approved. It's a very long process; we perhaps need a
NNTP server for India-related groups. What say? FN

One that implements the nntp protocol.
Search for the news.announce.newusers FAQ - should be on half a dozen
sites if you google for it.
