Since the issue of news servers came up -- I was wondering if we could go about to set up a NNTP server for a proposed india.*.* domain. Then, we could get other servers to replicate postings, if they find it worth it.

You know how much traffic (several gigs) a full usenet feed takes?

Or even a feed of the big 8 newsgroups (comp.*, news.*, soc.*, etc)?
