You had mentioned this in your previos mail!! So i thought you passed
/dev/hdc? to the kernel. Not sure if that will work, for that u need to
add root=/dev/hdc? entry instead of other= and specify the path in
the cdrom containing the boot image.

Any way you could boot up the kernel very well from linux either using
any of the boot loader..just have to find the right kernel image,
sometime the kernel image are compressed as gz.

I thought my words are wrapped automatically to the current screen
size...dont know how it looks like on other machines. But there is an
option called Wrap all long lines in my mail client(Sylpheed)..trying
out that now. Its not turned on by default!! And it looks odd to me
to have half line texts in my screen.
