Please move your .fetchmailrc to fetchmailrc and just
don't fetch any mail for 5 minutes or so then move
back fetchmailrc to .fetchmailrc and type fetchmail at
the prompt..
check the log by tial -f /var/log/fetchmail.log
it will work or if it doesn't leave for 10mns or so n
then try to fetch.
reason being that if one is trying to fetch mails from
a outside server the outside server only accepts one
request at one time but ur fetchamil process is
generating its POP3 request within 3-5 minutes (let
server finishes the earlier request made by your
fetchamil process) ..
see it it will def. gonna work
