What changes did you do? Did you change control/helohost file?
I think just a "A" record in DNS pointing to your IP would have helped.

Paranoid people feel it is good in spam prevention. But then it blocks
legitimate mails also like yours.

Most cases it is whether the domain names resolves properly and
sometimes it is whether the domain names resolves to the IP from where
mail is coming.
