My ISP (if you are taking about VSNL kinds) does not allow other addresses mails to be send. My domain staticky.com do not have SMTP services at all for outsiders. So, that would mean I cannot send a mail to you and people of your domain. Assume you have a client who wants my help for some project. Do you think I should pester my admin. to make changes in my MTA so that "your client" get the mail. I would tell her to use different account if she wants help from me. If you were my ISP and I was paying for it I would certainly protest against this. Come'on there are better ways to stop spam like maybe bogofilters, rbls etc. With warm regards, -Payal (A rich system administrator). > > >>nanae is .... different. > >What is nanae? > > Usenet newsgroup - news.admin.net-abuse.email > > > > ------------------------------------------------------- > This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek > Welcome to geek heaven. > http://thinkgeek.com/sf > _______________________________________________ > linux-india-help mailing list > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help -- "Visit GNU/Linux Success Stories" http://payal.staticky.com Guest-Book Section Updated. ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by:ThinkGeek Welcome to geek heaven. http://thinkgeek.com/sf _______________________________________________ linux-india-help mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/linux-india-help
