Gotmail and Evolution

 Download Gotmail (do a google I'm offline at the
moment)

Edit gotmail.rc

# This is a sample gotmail configuration file. Rename
it to .gotmailrc
# and place it in your home directory to use it.
username=my_hotmail_user_name
password=my_hotmail_password
domain=hotmail.com
folder-dir=/home/my_user_directory/.spoolmail
folders "Inbox, Junk Mail"
# proxy=no
# [EMAIL PROTECTED]
only-new
mark-messages-as-read
delete-messages
retry-limit=3

Creata a .spoolmail directory in your home directory

Create account in Evolution with
 Receive mail path set to:
/home/my_user_directory/.spoolmail
 Server Type set to: Standard Unix mbox spool or
directory

Run Gotmail, read in Evolution.
