I'm afraid if I do that I'll lose the contest (someone will ALWAYS
have a more powerful box), but...

MSI Neo2 motherboard
NVidia Nforce3 chipset
AMD64 Athlon 3200
1GB RAM
2x200GB SATA disks
2x100 or 1000 Mb/s ethernet
ATI Radeon 9250 display controller
Pinnacle PCTV Stereo TV Tuner card
NetGear 802.11g adapter
DVD-read/CD-R combo

Using the old 17" Flatron monitor and the mouse.

Unfortunately (despite my best researches) the WiFi turned out to have
a TI chipset -- apparently v1 of the card has Atheros (which is
well-supported under Linux) whereas with v2 they slimily changed the
chipset to TI, who're creeps of the first order and don't support
FLOSS for their WiFi chipsets at all). Anyhow there're some Beta
FLOSS WiFi drivers available, so will be trying those when I have some
time.

Otherwise everything else is working fine. The TV tuner rocks -- I've
seen more TV in the past 2 days (almost 1 hour!) than in the past year
or so :) Still have to figure out how to slow down the processor when
I'm not using it and stuff like that, but that can wait until LIH
helps me out.
