Further on the subject, I downloaded courier-mta-0.48 and tried to make
and install it. Some of the initial make errors I was able to deal with.
However, make terminates with the following message:
undefined reference to DPRINTF
for various source files.
I investigated some of the source files and found a macro dprintf (in
lower case) defined as part of courierauthdebug.h
Is this the problem, that some of the source files use DPRINTF instead
of dprintf? and if so how come others have not faced a similar problem?
