For some embedded systems application I had installed ecos in my Debian
install.
This has caused some programs to display system fonts as extremely
small. The window title, the menu bars etc now appear unreadably small.
Also, I have observed that the affected programs are gtk based - viz.
sylpheed, emelfm, gnucash etc. I have tried the setup files of these
programs, but they have no mention of changing the system fonts.
Websites of these programs also provide no clue.

I have since removed ecos from my system, and also tried to reinstall
the affected programs, but the problem is not solved. Other programs
remain unaffected, so it does not seem to be locale related, but I have
tried that also.

Can anyone help ?
