LIH and LIG have two list administrators, Raju Mathur and Devdas Bhagat
Beyond that, nothing. Things just work.
If someone wants to organize a seminar or meeting the local LUG (delhi,
chennai or hyderabad say) could do it and ask for help / volunteers /
speakers etc
