Our LUG (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/dubailug/)
have only 300+ members in the mailing list , out of
which more than half do not know what is happening ,
they just subscribed later on forgot to un-subscribe
, can make out with bounced mail statistics , so
reaming 100+ members , out of which 20 active members
who post to the mailing list , 10 -15 members who
attend the meetings , then if they go for electing
officials , from this 10-15 members , I think fairly
everyone may get a chance to hold some position
