aah ! Another one bites the dust ;) I , too am stuck up with a IDENTICAL
problem. I guess the ne module driver is NOT ok for RL 2000, most
probably the card is not 100% NE 2000 compat.

I have the same card which runs OK with NT drivers but I have been
unable to get that thing talk in Linux. Worse, people (laymen obviously)
believe that the fault is wit ther OS and not with the card and I am
having a hard time defending my self. :(

One more clarificatio.. is it the ISA version or the PCI ? Mine is ISA

Anybody whose succesfully had this card rolling , pleae share your
experiences.
