Thats correct u hv to install in the order - NT then Linux.

I hv almost the same configuration on my hard disk except that I have 
refrained from converting FAT to NTFS ,not for any particular reason and in 
fact I was thinking of converting it to NTFS but I think I better wait and 
watch.
Try this - do not try to install LILO at installatio time . Boot with your 
floppy into Linux and then try running LILO from there- not sure but it may 
make the diffrerence for you & eventually for me ;-)
