irobex module is not exist on newer IrDA stack. If you want to use it,
you'll need some userland program; PyOBEX or OpenOBEX.
Sorry, irda-common package's manpage is a little bit old. Recentry
Mr. Warner wrote some new manpages, so I'll include it to new package.

On Debian 2.2 system, you need to use /dev/ircommnew0 device to
communicate with Palm (IrCOMM). Because historical reason, there is
/dev/ircomm0 for older IrDA stack.
Latest irda-common package was changed it.
