I've had a lot of trouble with my Palm Pilot m105 and Linux IRDA, and I've isolated one of the problems. I was looking to see if anybody could point my to something that may help. When I'm syncing my PDA using any program, if the IR communication breaks, the program freezes, uses ~90 of the CPU (shows up as system usage) and must be killed. I've tried every syncing program in Debain unstable and they all behave the same.
I'm running kernel 2.4.17. libpisock 0.9.5.0 is used by many programs to sync. gnome-pilot always crashed instantly and it's the only one that has an IrDA option, so I havn't tried that. -- Devin Bayer _______________________________________________ Linux-IrDA mailing list - [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.pasta.cs.UiT.No/mailman/listinfo/linux-irda
