Why are you looking for an external one?  Are you sure that your serial port
can handle such fast speeds?

BTW, to get 128K, you need to use BONDED or ML-PPP, to aggregate the two
channels.

I would suggest an internal ISDN card, such as Telis, unless you have to get
an external one.
