Hi,

I'm using the actual S.u.S.E. distribution (6.2) and the standard
X-server mach64.
In other distributions and oter S.u.S.E.-releases you need a patch.
But SuSE 6.2 works fine. You do not need to patch. The new X-server
mach64 is already implemented.
