testing it in real time? I can't think of a way without SCSI hardware tool, or
logic analyser, other than if the machine is streaming, can you access anything
else on the SCSI bus.

a good SCSI test tool on the system should allow you to interrogate the device
and determine its capabilities. PCI cards often have built-in BIOS programs
which allow you to do this, but I guess you'll have to look around for SCSI
diag programs for PCMCIA.

Hmmm, another thought occurs to me, to switch the cards round the change the
interrupts, which might help the priority?
