FreeDOS

Hallo!
I have one problem: I am not able make hard disk image from floppy with
FreeDOS Beta 3, bacause it version not contain  Kernel.exe & IPL.sys, but
only kernel.sys. And when I start setup-hdimage it nor work properly. When I
try make image with mkfatimage16, it made image, but dos not loading. it
type
FAT ROOT and hunging up. Can you help me ?
