try the below in your lili.conf file .
append="ether=0,0,0,eth0 ether=0,0,0,eth1 ether=0,0,0,eth2"
If this doesn't get them in the right order replace the first
two '0' with the HEX code for their IRQ,IO IE:
append="ether=0x3,0x300,0,eth0 ether=0x9,0x340,0,eth1 ether=0x5,0x320,0,eth2"
