And the sad thing is that we did it to ourselves. If we'd migrated to OSI
we could make our own network numbers out of telephone numbers.

Seriously, if you want to see it done right, scrape together some money
and set up a company that does it right. You'll get tons of business and
the others will have to follow suit, just as nearly everybody went to
unlimited connect time after a few breakaways did it.
