Thats your problem dude. Change it HOSTNAME to Gaspar. this file is only
supposed to be the first part of the actual address, so your computer
is thinking Gaspar.oz.net is your local name, then adding @Gaspar.oz.net

So thats why the mail is bouncing. Also read the comments on top of the 
/etc/hosts, dont put 127.0.0.1 localhost. This should be your /etc/hosts:


localhost Gaspar  Gaspar.oz.net


Thats all it should say.
