kernel upgrade (RH5)

I have RH5.0 2.0.32 and I would ideally like patch level 34 or 35.  Can
anyone tell me the best way of upgrading?  I tried the patches, but
apparently they don't work on RH source trees.  I also tried installing
a "34" kernel source off a 5.1 disk (LSL copy) using glint, but it would
not install (quick flash of a dialogue box then nothing).
Any ideas?  Do I need the new kernel headers as well?
