I'm not referring to the update switch for installing a package here.
There's a command to update the rpm database. The -U switch is for
installing/updating individual packages, but there's a command to update the
rpm database. Unfortunately I'm sitting on the Win98 side of my box doing
some work and I'm just a little too lazy <grin> to shutdown reboot, check it
out, shutdown, reboot, and pick up where I left off. Sorry. :-)
