I'm about to install Linux on my machine. Can anyone please give me some
advice on which distribution to get? As it looks now, I'd go for RedHat
or Slackware or Caldera, but I would appreciate some comments on
these...pros and cons. Why RedHat and not Slackware, and vice versa?
I'm experienced in UNIX, sysadmin, internet, X window etc. and those
will be the main areas i will be working in (plus java which i will
learn).
