My exact sound card is a:
Diamond OPTi931 - 16 bit 3D stereo sound card, "based on the 82C931 PNP
integrated audio controller chip".
According to the manual, it's compatible with SB and SB Pro, as well as
"Windows sound system".
But Linux sends to me an error message when I try to configure it with:
# setup
as a Sound Blaster or SB Pro.
I am not sure that OSS-Lite will work, since it fails when I try to
configure it as a SB or SB Pro. Anyway, I'll try.
And I couldn't find any info in www.diamondmm.com
