Well i used to help (like many others did) when the amateur radio protocols
were introduced into the kernel source, and helped a lot debug and test the
scc-driver, (a network interface card for radio modems). This was from 1.2.x
upto around the outcomming of the 2.0 series, i dont have so much time on my
hands thesedays as i now have emploment again as a Fruit and amusements
machine repairman as well as systems operator for our company.
So i gained quite an insight as to HOW the kernel works as well as a little
C expierance, however Mr C and me dont see eye to eye, which is why you will
never see any C programming from me altho' i do have some small programs
here for my persoal use which i wrote myself.

I used to be like that also when i started to use Linux, however my tutuor
who was very good at helping decided to start telling me to RTFM, which i
must admit is a very good thing to do because somewhere in one file or
another the answer to anyone's question is written.
