But he was loged in from a windows machine so it was a remote login which
would put him on a ttyp# the first free ttyp which is free would be used,
and if there were someone logged on to a VC, then he would be on tty1/2/3
etc.

I cannot imagen why Ishaaq would need to move as he stated above, any new
logins would just use the next tty/device in line, i cant see any reason 
why a user who is logged in could possably be in someone else's way.

Anyway, yes "screen" is a wonderfull program, not that i use it much ;-)
