You can use /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny to control access to
services managed by inetd and rpc.portmapper (pretty much everything except
sendmail, httpd, and possibly samba). This doesn't do it by interface, but
it does control by IP address, which may well accomplish what you actually
need. "man 5 hosts_access" for the details.
