Next... What is the result if you NOW type "lpq"?
If it says something like "no lp daemon present" then you
need to start up the lp spool daemon. On RedHat, you would run
"/etc/rc.d/init.d/lp start"
Once we get past getting the spooler to "turn over" then we can
worry about getting all of this to work "from bootup".
