isapnptools II

    OK, I got some things to work.  I ran pnpdump --config >
/etc/isapnp.conf and it says every thing is ok.  My sound card works,
after I ran soundconfig.  But, I can not get my modem to work.  Isapnp
says that my modem is set for 0x100 2e8 on irq 4.  Do I need to
configure one of my ttyS* so I it will work?  If so, then how?  When I
try to use the modem config tool in the control panel, then try to run
kppp it says my modem is busy.
