I have more details about my problem. I have reinstall from the start,
bypassed the video card probing and also installed MetroX. The installation
completed, i run configX and set a Mach64 server and a Viewsonic 17 for my
Optiquest v773. Everything seems fine, but when I do a startx, it gives me
this error :
_X11TransSocketUNIXCONNECT : Can't connect : errno=111 giving up
xinit:connection refused (errno 111) : unable to connect to X server
xinit:No such process (errno 3) : Server error
And another thing, probably related to this, if i try to run a game like
xbill, it says
Error : Can't open display
Please give me hint or even more !
