Try this (/etc/hosts):

127.0.0.1       localhost       localhost.localdomain
194.11.37.1     newbie          trouble.net             # ;-)
194.11.37.2     newbie2         moretrouble.trouble.net # ;-)

Of course, use the correct IP addresses you were assigned by your ISP
instead 194.*, and the correct domains instead *.trouble.org.

A second remark: after you edit /etc/aliases, you *must* run the
'newaliases' command, as it is written: "must be run after this file is
updated for any changes to show through sendmail".
