Could you be more specific? What "commands" are you talking about?
Most sites are in html because that's what web pages are. You can save html
files and print them later. You might also want to try printing them to a file
(in netscape, you can print them to a PostScript file).
If you can tell us what you're looking for, we should be able to point you in
the right direction.
