By site i suppose you mean web-site, now web-sites are all in html format,
execpt maybe for some text pages included in some sites.
I have no suggestion as to your question, however the best site i can think
of which should have readable text, (if you save the file) in netscape with
the "file" icon(s) would be;

One of the above is a very handy and informative page with explanations
about linux and unix commands. I strongly recommend a look there.
