No windows programs can run in linux, linux has its own
programs. If you want to run windows programs there is
wine which runs some windows programs badly.
All you have to do is find a replacement program for as many
as you can.
You can have windows and linux on the same computer and dual boot.
When you want a windows program that is not available on linux
you can reboot into windows.
