Bus Error in Netscape 4.51

Hi guys, quick question for you.  I just got the latest version of netscape (ver
4.51) and compiled it.  It worked great for the first run.  I opened netscape
mail and then closed netscape.  After that, I tried running it and received
a bus error.  Unfortunatly i cannot find any info on this error to correct it.
 Does anyone know a fix for this problem, or is Netscape 4.51 too buggy to bother
with???  If so, can someone recommend a stable version.
