I think I got my modules to work, I believe so because my ntfs vfat and
ppa devices work. I am not sure because I still get error messages.
1. nls_i08xxxx ; sorry but dmesg does not reproduce the error message.
modprobe is unable to find it. This is because I did not compile it as
I do not need it, do I ?
2. unresolved symbol errors while loading ppa, this occurs prior to vfs
mounting root. A few seconds later vfs mounts the ppa properly and all
is well. Any idea why I get the first message and how do I get rid of
it.
What I would like to know is which file to edit to rid myself of these
messages. Also where does Linux store the error messages, no matter how
many I see at boot dmesg always says everything is rosy.
