I recall, you are the guy with printing problem under netscape ?!?
so your problem is not particularly with netscape but with printing in   
general.

if you've got a redhat system, try launching printool (or linuxconf) and   
fill the blank fields ...
tell it all it wants to know and print the test sheet (ala windows !!)   
[define your printer as the default lp printer, it is easier t use]
if it works, then you are done for the lpr command and can investigate   
the problem under netscape.
else you will have to read the "printing HOWTO"
