Netscape 4.5 locks?

I am using Netscape Navigator 4.5 under Debian 2.1 (w. windowmaker). I have
noticed that on certain WWW pages the program simply locks... the solution I
found to the problem (seemingly) is to disable Java, Javascript and Style
Sheets. Have there been any problems regarding these features reported in
Netscape 4.5?
