Vmware.... your thoughts

hey guys, 
   Has anyone seen VMWARE in action? I have looked at the website (www.vmware.com)and
it looks kinda cool.  I am running an AMDk6-233 with 64m of ram (the minimum
for vmware) and I was thinking about puting VMWARE and Win98 (yech, gag) on
that machine then playing starcraft that way (the WINE way is way too limited,
no IPX, no Battlenet).  I just want to know your thoughts on the subject.  What
do you guys think... is it worth the hdd space or no?
