I have been setting it up for the first time on an Optiplex,
I had to mess around to get the ATI 3D Rage Pro working
and I'm still rediscovering all that X and fvwm stuff to get
it all looking right, not to mention the Monitor (I have a
21" Trinitron so I set that up manually using XF86Setup
...and then there is the ****** mouse, I need to get a later
kernel I think to get that working properly (that stupid 2 button
1 wheel MS Intellimouse) I put RedHat 5.2 on but I'm
probably going to put 6.0 on asap to get a kernel that'll support
the patch specific to that mouse. I'm sure it could be done
manually, but I haven't found my way around enough yet
having only loaded it this weekend
Other than that it was practiaclly plugnplay on the Optiplex
I like it , I can see what all the hoo hah is about ;>
