Did you try "kill-9 21005"???? That pretty much tells it to forcibly kill
it. Or, failing that, you should be able to SHIFT+F2 to open a terminal
window and do a "ps aux" and see the processes and kill ALL the processes
associated with Netscape. Sometimes you have to kill a process several times
as well as the processes which it spawned from.
