No it does'nt stop you starting another session, a message will appier
saying go on or abort bla bla, but you are correct in saying its "crazy".

I sent Haines a private mail explaining what i thougt was happening,
(considering the list mailing problems of late), he confirmed my theory and
even said that he opens multiple Netscape sessions, which will cause his 
problem, the rest you can read in my reply to him as i Cc'd it to the list.
