database took IIRC a day and a half before I got a return copy via the

I sent that message Tue, 18 May 1999 01:25:10 GMT and received it Wed,
19 May 1999 03:22:57 GMT. A one day delay, instead of the two day you
experienced. But a much longer delay than would be expected.
