Dual boot

Im not sure if this is possible, but is there anyway to boot linux or
win98 from different hard drives? I have Linux (Mandrake 6.0) on a 4.3 and
win98 on a 6.4 gig drive. Is there a way to have a choice of which one to
boot without having to keep switching IDE cables? Thanks in advance
