Hi !
There definetely is with using LILO. Luckily Mandrake and RH are similar
(well, basically the same) so i guess that there is the linuxconf setup
tool available. There you can add the boot volumes, one would be W98 and
the other would be Linux, and you have to tell LILO where on your system
the bootable partitions are. If you have the W98 disk as first IDE drive,
then the partition should be at /dev/hda1 and Linux should be on /dev/hdb1.
You can do this also by diting the configuration files manually and
running lilo in order to write the changes to the master boot record, but I
haven't done that yet.
Normally ppl tell you also to read all the available man pages, but in
this case i guess reading them is probably obsolete using linuxconf, it is
somehow selfexplaining, besides that i personally get more confused reading
zillion of lines filled with possible switches and operators - if you don't
think so, email me again and i will write it out more detailed.
I'm running three OSes on one harddrive, W95, BeOS and Linux booting each
with LILO without any problem (the Be boot loader can't boot Linux for some
odd reason). I installed for a friend RH5.2 on the second harddrive, first
one is taken by W95 and boot into both systems with LILO without any problem.
You may also try to change the boot drive in the mainboard's BIOS, that
will not require any bootloader then, but I haven't tried that also, but it
may work.
